• We collate information on site for a complete NZTA report so that if any queries come about from your claim we are able to sort them for you direct with New Zealand Transport Agency.
• The agents who come to you are mature professionals that will provide you with a clear understanding our our process.
• NO CONTRACTS… you are able to withdraw at any time if your circumstances change.
• We email you reminders and contact you regarding your quarter claims to ensure you are not late and receive any penalties from the government.
• Our head office is based in Morrinsville, Waikato and we are always available to talk with or get updates from 8 am to 5 pm.
• As soon as we have received notification of your claim being paid to the trust account then the trust pays you direct usually within 24 hours.
• We do not hold any money in trust account we pay out immediately.
• We have no minimum fuel requirements to claim we assess each claim and make sure it is beneficial for us to claim on your behalf. NO extra fees if you are a small user!
• You  are eligible if you are a commercial entity that use petrol off the roads….
• Chainsaws, lawnmowers, farm vehicles, all machinery used in agricultural industry, building industry , forestry, orchards, commercial fishing, golf courses, fun parks, go kart tracks, and other business that may have petrol powered tools.
